    Outstanding Organization

This was my first experience in an all-inclusive hotel and could not be happier with my time there. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and all the guides were knowledgeable and exciting to be around. They, along with people staying at explora, slowly start to feel like they become a family the longer you stay. The excursions are well planned each day to accommodate everyone's desires, they even set up snacks and sunscreen before departure time.

Loved Our Stay at The Explora!

We LOVED our stay at The explora Patagonia. The view is incredible, the staff was lovely, but the guides, THE GUIDES really made our trip. So much fun and they really went above and beyond. Food was really nice - but we've heard that they're really stepping it up a notch in the coming weeks with a new chef so I look forward to reading more reviews on this.

    Great Experience!

We spent 6 days at explora Valle Sagrado, and enjoyed the experience top to bottom. The most important part: the people and the service they provide. It's outstanding; they anticipate needs and have solutions at the ready. Each staff member we interacted with was friendly, provided great hospitality, and made us feel like part of the family. The guides were all knowledgeable, friendly, skilled at ascertaining our relative skill levels, and then suggesting explorations that were a fit.

    Let's go for a hike

What a wonderful experience. Service was top-notch from rooms to dining. Guides were very knowledgeable about the area and local traditions. Great way to see the Sacred Valley. The bar was fully stocked and the spa was great after a long day of hiking and looking at ruins.

    Amazing Discoveries!

The staff is excellent being knowledgeable and courteous. The guides are great. The food is fantastic. The massages after long days of hiking are superb (schedule as soon as you arrive as they book up quickly). The staff misses nothing when it comes to getting you to the places you want to go ...when you want to go. There are hikes for every level of fitness. The hikes and discoveries filled several days and we could have stayed longer. Amazing discoveries await you!

    Beautiful Location on Rapa Nui

Really love the "adventure glamping experience" at the explora lodges in South America and the Rapa Nui one was no exception. They really look after you here - from picking you up at the airport, to check in to your final transfer home -all the staff goes out of their way to make sure you have a great time exploring the wonders of Easter Island even if you only have a few days. The guides here are all top-notch - Special shout out to Christian who is an encyclopedia of knowledge on Rapa Nui & its history - never thought I would enjoy learning so much!

    Perfection

This resort is as amazing as the place it is set in. Yes, it is expensive but worth every last penny. The rooms, the grounds, the food, the explorations and the staff are unparalleled. They have thought of every last detail so that you don’t have to. All you need to do is relax and enjoy your journey. They even bring a beautiful picnic for the end of each trek with local fruit, drinks, homemade cheeses, etc. Don’t miss the Puritama hot springs and splurge for a massage at the resort. It will be the only extra expense you’ll have while you’re there. Every single thing else is included, except the smiles, those are given freely. Go now!

    Tina Turner

I had to explain to friends why I thought staying in the desert for 6 days was a good idea - now I have stories, new friends and photographs to explain. This is a truly magical place. The owners have managed to imbibe just the right balance between relaxed and energetic. All staff are a great combination of extremely friendly and competent.
