    Amazing Experience

Loved, loved, loved our time at explora. The hotel is luxurious with the best views of the Torres Del Paine mountains right outside your window. The food is great, the service is great, the excursions and guides are awesome. I was especially impressed by how smoothly all the excursions and transfers were executed. Couldn’t have had a better experience. It was the most luxurious way to adventure in Patagonia.

Wonderful property inside the park with all the activities you could hope for

Every afternoon, you get to plan your activities for the next day. Want to hike the "W"? Let them know and they will make it happen. Horse ride? No problem. Half-day or full-day hikes? They have a wide selection each day. Recommend that you go to the BBQ once, the food was good and it was fun to hike in the morning, go to the BBQ, then have another activity before heading back to the room. All the guides are well-trained on flora and fauna and really work to make sure you have a good time.

explora continues to create and deliver exceptionally

Having stayed at the explora Patagonia a few years ago, we were thrilled to hear of the new opening in Peru's Sacred Valley. Traveling with my daughter and new son-in-law, we once again had a most amazing holiday. explora does everything 'just right' - from the warm, friendly arrival, the perfectly appointed rooms, delicious drinks and meal to the stand out guided walks and excursions. Perfect. It is luxury for sure but delivered without any airs or another snobbery often found in hotels at a similar price point. We are complete explora devotees and are already planning future holidays at the other properties. Thank you explora for an amazing experience.

    Way beyond our expectations

The cuisine was exquisite and happily accommodated all my special dietary needs. The staff was so very friendly and very polite. The guides were also very friendly and polite, had a wealth of information to share and could cater to my beginner trekking skills. Our room was beautiful, comfortable and very clean. The view from our room was spectacular and we enjoyed visiting the chef's garden. The spa was also beautiful and I enjoyed a wonderful massage there. We highly recommend Explora!!

    Bucket List Destination!

explora Rapa Nui is located away from the hustle of the Hanga Roa in a beautiful location with unobstructed views of the ocean. As you look out the windows, it almost feels like you are looking out on to a painting. The hotel structure blends in with nature and offers stunning rooms and common areas with big windows allowing maximum natural light. The rooms are well stocked with all the creature comforts and lend themselves well to a good night's rest after a long day out and about. The staff is attentive and friendly, and the guides are knowledgeable and fun to be with. The daily hikes and programs are amazing and keep you busy and on the go, allowing you to discover the hidden treasures of Easter Island. The meals are varied and of the highest quality - the deserts deserve a special mention!

    Excellent Family Trip!

I went on a family trip to this resort for Christmas since it had been highly recommended and absolutely loved it! The crew from Explora took care of everything the moment we got off the plane. The excursions were well thought out. We had 3 local guides Teata, Valentina, and Lili, who’s personalities were just as engaging the archaeological sites. #1 Tip - bring along the complimentary walking stick for hiking.

    Fantastic

explora Atacama exceeded our expectations. Everything was perfect! Location was beautiful, expeditions well organised and varied, cuisine was very good and so were wines ( no need to pay extra for premium wines), pool area was beautiful and quiet, massages a very high quality, stables very well run and horses very well cared for, personnel was very friendly and very professional. The expedition guides are very knowledgeable and make you feel safe. Drivers are very good too. The hotel is walking distance from the little town San Pedro de Atacama, which is fun to go to browse and feel the atmosphere. The shop at the hotel has everything you need for hiking ( but not always the size). We enjoyed the sportive activities, the beauty of the Atacama, the comfort of the hotel for restful days... Everything was perfect!

    Fabulous Explora

I cannot say enough about the most wonderful 4 days spent at this explora which was well managed regarding activities, employs terrific guides, offers lovely food in a super relaxed atmosphere. The treks were wonderful and the horseback rides spectacularly. We visited in November before the busiest season, which was better than when fully booked as there was no rush to sign up for the activities selected.
