To secure your Machu Picchu entrance permit, a copy of each traveler's passport is required no later than four months prior to departure, with all details matching exactly as shown. Please note that permits are issued in each traveler's name and cannot be reissued once confirmed — if your passport is renewed after issuance, we kindly ask that you carry both passports when traveling.
