Terms & Conditions
- The Kids 50% Off Offer (“Offer”) is valid on new bookings for the Explorer all‑inclusive program, based on double occupancy, made between now and June 10, 2026, for travel from June 1 through August 31, 2026. Other restrictions may apply.
- Offer is not valid for local rates.
- The Offer provides a 50% discount on the existing preferred rate, based on the international rate, for a maximum of two (2) children or young travelers per couple. The Offer is valid for children and young travelers up to 17 years of age, inclusive. Third and additional children do not qualify.
- If traveling with one (1) child, an extra bed will be provided within the adults’ room. Extra bed dimensions are 1.9 m x 1.0 m (approximately 6 ft 3 in x 3 ft 3 in).
- A minimum stay of three (3) nights is required. The Offer is capacity controlled, limited to 20 bookings per month and a maximum of five (5) rooms per booking, and is subject to availability.
- The Offer is not combinable with other promotions or special programs, except for Echo Society travelers, who may receive an additional 5% discount.
- The youth rate for travelers aged 13–17 requires a minimum of two (2) young travelers per room. If only one young traveler is booked, the minimum occupancy of two (2) people will be charged.
- At Explora Rapa Nui, extra beds are available exclusively in Suite categories. Guests traveling in Standard Rooms with children or young travelers may do so through the family rate by reserving an additional room.
- The Offer does not apply to third‑party services or additional services. Entrance tickets to Machu Picchu are an additional cost of USD 430 per adult and USD 380 per child up to 11 years of age.
- The Offer is not valid for the Atacama–Uyuni Travesía or Explora Expeditions. Rates may vary by season.
