Your itinerary will depend on the number of nights that you stay in each of our destinations and the explorations that you will be able to do during that time. To explore more in depth we recommend extending your stay in our Mountain Lodges in the Altiplano (Ramaditas and Chituca).
Our 6-night itineraries are only for travelers arriving before 12:00 hours on their check-in day and include:
2 nights at our lodge in Atacama*
1 night at our Mountain Lodge in Ramaditas
1 night at our Mountain Lodge in Chituca
2 nights at our lodge Jirira in the Uyuni salt flats*
We strongly recommend considering a 7-night itinerary with an additional night in Atacama. This extra day will allow for proper acclimatization to avoid altitude sickness during the journey, as Ramaditas is located at an altitude of over 4,000 meters, and Chituca and Uyuni are over 3,500 meters above sea level.
All Atacama explorations can be coordinated daily with your guide at the destination, depending on your interests and the required acclimatization to start the journey.
The 6-night itinerary includes only “trayecto” explorations in marvelous and incredible places, such as geysers, colorful lagoons, communities, and the vastness of the highlands.
The “trayectos” correspond to the journey between Atacama – Ramaditas, Ramaditas – Chituca, and Chituca – Uyuni. In Uyuni, with more days, you can choose more options according to your interests and comfort.
