The voice of the travelers that visited our hotels in February

There isn’t a better reference than from those who have already stay in the explora hotels so that future travelers can get an idea of what the explora experience is like. Here, we share with you the voice of our travelers: What do people say about the explora hotels on Tripadvisor?

explora Patagonia

Cabalgatas en Patagonia

“Heaven on Earth”

“Our five days at explora Patagonia were fantastic. Even if you were to never leave the hotel it would be worth the trip because the views are beyond compare. But of course, you will leave to hike Torres del Paine right at explora‘s doorstep. That too is an extraordinary experience. And then each night you will enjoy a good meal and a warm bed so you can do it all over again on a different trail (our faves were French Valley and Gray Glacier). Yes, this place is ridiculously expensive. But you only pass this way once. My best tips: Try to fly into Puerto Natales from Santiago to save a very long drive. Stay no less than five days. Bring layers because you will be hot and cold on the same hike. And really good hiking boots (my wife and I both bought Salomon X Ultra Mid 2 GTX on Amazon and were quite happy with them), And a WATERPROOF outer layer cuz it rains often.” Sunrise305.

explora Valle Sagrado

Cinco Lagunas, Valle Sagrado.

“Once in a lifetime experience”

“We went to explora Valle Sagrado in Peru for our honeymoon and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly welcoming and thoughtful with an uncanny attention to detail about every aspect of the guests trip. We had excellent advice and guides – the rooms were stunning and the food was top notch and the spa was stunning with excellent services. There is a huge attention to detail and ensuring that each guest gets exactly what they would like out of the experience. Cant recommend it enough and can’t wait for our next explora trip!” Ktorreslockhart.

explora Rapa Nui

Exploraciones Rapa Nui

“A wonderful base for an exciting adventure”

“My wife and I spent 5 nights at explora Rapa Nui and enjoyed everything from the room to the food to the guided explorations. The guides were knowledgeable, had a good command of English and were very caring. They have a good vegetarian menu for each meal.” Jerry E.

explora Atacama

Desierto de Atacama

“The best of the best”

“Our experience at explora Atacama was exceptional from the moment they picked us up at the airport until they returned us 5 days later. All of the hotel staff including the guides are very friendly and helpful. My husband experienced a stomach virus soon after our arrival and when I mentioned to the guide that he would not be hiking with us the guide immediately called someone and they checked on him and took him a bottle of something to drink that helped him to a speedy recovery. Each day the guides helped us plan the next day’s explorations and their knowledge of every trail made each exploration an unforgettable experience. The food and drinks are a wonderful treat after returning from our explorations as well as the comfortable and attractive rooms. The pool area is a welcome spot for a break between explorations if you can squeeze in the time. I cannot offer enough praise for every guide we had. They know all about every plant, bird, bug, and geography that we encountered and offered patience and encouragement as we adjusted to the altitude. I would recommend a visit to explora to anyone who likes a vacation filled with activity followed by the best of accommodations and food.” Ambnmaputo.
