“Outstanding Organization”

“This was my first experience in an all-inclusive hotel and could not be happier with my time there. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and all the guides were knowledgeable and exciting to be around. They, along with people staying at explora, slowly start to feel like they become a family the longer you stay. The excursions are well planned each day to accommodate everyone’s desires, they even set up snacks and sunscreen before departure time. The food was spectacular, their dining system is created to make access easy and simple. Their restaurant is open for certain hours for each meal, and whenever you’re ready to eat, just sit yourself down at the restaurant anywhere, and a waiter will immediately begin to serve you drinks and appetizers. The views are breathtaking from any side of the hotel, and jumping into the lake next to their spa was quite the ‘chilling’ experience! I am also in awe of how well kept the park is, and what the explora guides do the help keep it clean. Anytime a piece of a trash is spotted, no matter how small, the guide that is with us always picks it up and puts it in their pocket to bring back to the hotel to dispose of. I have watched a guide dip her feet into a lake and spotted trash, so she dived in to fish for them. Everything was of excellent quality, completely worth the long journey and the money. Thank you, explora for a memorable experience!” april23993.

“Great Experience!”

“We spent 6 days at explora Valle Sagrado, and enjoyed the experience top to bottom. The most important part: the people and the service they provide. It’s outstanding; they anticipate needs and have solutions at the ready. Each staff member we interacted with was friendly, provided great hospitality, and made us feel like part of the family. The guides were all knowledgeable, friendly, skilled at ascertaining our relative skill levels, and then suggesting explorations that were a fit. The food and drink were excellent, and the property is stunning. The rooms are very well appointed…they just don’t miss a detail at explora. If you want to experience the Sacred Valley in a relaxed (but as physically challenging as you want to make it for yourself) environment where your needs are catered to, you simply can’t go wrong choosing explora.” piranha1029.

“Amazing Discoveries!”

“The staff is excellent being knowledgeable and courteous. The guides are great. The food is fantastic. The massages after long days of hiking are superb (schedule as soon as you arrive as they book up quickly). The staff misses nothing when it comes to getting you to the places you want to go …when you want to go. There are hikes for every level of fitness. The hikes and discoveries filled several days and we could have stayed longer. Amazing discoveries await you!” Vickie V.

“This resort is as amazing as the place it is set in. Yes, it is expensive but worth every last penny. The rooms, the grounds, the food, the explorations and the staff are unparalleled. They have thought of every last detail so that you don’t have to. All you need to do is relax and enjoy your journey. They even bring a beautiful picnic for the end of each trek with local fruit, drinks, homemade cheeses, etc. Don’t miss the Puritama hot springs and splurge for a massage at the resort. It will be the only extra expense you’ll have while you’re there. Every single thing else is included, except the smiles, those are given freely. Go now!” Heather K.
