- Not valid for bookings in Atacama between February 1st and February 17th, 2024; in Rapa Nui between January 31st and February 15th, 2024; in Patagonia National Park between January 1st and February 9th, 2024; in Torres del Paine between December 21st, 2023, and March 14th, 2024, and between April 1st and April 10th, 2024.

- You can make changes to your reservation without penalties up to 30 days before check-in.
- You can cancel a reservation up to 30 days before check-in without penalties.
- We request a 30% payment to confirm the reservation, with the remaining balance due 30 days before arriving at Explora.
