The cuisine served at explora is one of the most important elements for our company. We seek excellence yet simplicity, and we pay great attention to quality as much in our dining area as with our picnics. Our set menu is prepared with utmost attention to details, with the continual challenge of delivering cuisine that is comparable to the finest restaurants in the world. Our guests demand the best and we feel that after a day of intense physical activity, they deserve just that.

The selection process begins with an interview with our executive chef and continues with a hands-on evaluation in the kitchen.




The applicant training process takes place in Santiago de Chile for two weeks. During this time, we will demonstrate our technique and impart our philosophy. After this rigorous process, and after having completed the training period successfully, the candidate will then form part of our staff at one of our properties.

Requirements:

- Experience in places of comparable quality to that of explora
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Technical education in relative area
- Good disposition
