The explora teams that work at the properties are above all diverse. They include a balanced combination of members from the local communities where we operate and others, that escaping from the big cities, have decided to live in the vicinity attracted by the uniqueness of these remote locations. Amongst our staff we have an important number of foreigners who have fallen in love with our geography and our people and decided to make of their trip something more permanent.
